In its early years, the organization operated with a close-knit, hands-on leadership approach. The company was strongly supported by family members, including Jennifer and Jasmin Chiongson, who played important roles in assisting operations during the transition from a small outsourcing initiative into a structured service organization. The company began when our CEO worked as both an entrepreneur and a Virtual Assistant supporting international clients, including a growing U.S. based company that required rapid team expansion. During that time, she was encouraged to begin recruiting and outsourcing staff.
Through this experience, a clear opportunity emerged. Many talented individuals in the province of Antique had strong qualifications but limited access to stable employment due to location and infrastructure. At the same time, international businesses were struggling to find reliable and consistent operational support. Virtual Experts Philippines was established to connect these two needs. To ensure stability and accountability, the company created a dedicated onsite workspace where trained Virtual Assistants could operate in a structured and supervised environment. This setup improved responsiveness, quality control, and client confidence while allowing immediate training and support for staff. Following the pandemic, a long-standing U.S.-based client presented an opportunity to expand operations beyond virtual assistance into customer support and call center services. What began with a team of 50 staff members continued to grow as client requirements increased and referrals followed.
As the company expanded, so did our knowledge and operational experience. Over the years, we have supported organizations across various industries including real estate, insurance, education and schools, healthcare organizations, law firms, e-commerce businesses, coaches and consultants, business professionals, and travel agencies. Each new client allowed us to understand different workflows, systems, and operational needs, strengthening our ability to adapt and provide effective support.
